JPH Jr. Series

The Stars of Tomorrow Showcase held by Johnson Pro Hockey is to help showcase top end talent from Minnesota, Northern Plains District and the Canadian Prairies to as many junior hockey clubs as possible.

Draft Style

Thursday will consist of an evaluation process. After the evaluation, a draft will be held by coaches/ scouts, players will be selected and placed on team accordingly. After the draft, players will be notified what team they've been selected for and will collect their jersey and socks.

Ages

There will be two age groups. Group 1 will consist of 2008,2009 and 2010 born players.

Group 2 will consist of 2011 and 2012 born players.

When/ Where

Thursday April 16th- Sunday April 20th.

The tournament will be held at the Maysa Arena in Minot, ND.

Games

Tournament style. Each team will play a minimum of 5 games. 20-minute periods with floods every 2 periods. Tag up offside and icing on penalty kills. Contact is permitted.

Cost

If you are accepted to play in the tournament, the cost per player is $300.

Included: 5 games, 1 jersey, 1 pair of socks.

Scouts

Scouts will be present from teams in the NAHL, USHL and WHL.

We expect to add more teams and leagues as the date of the tournament draws closer.

Stars of Tomorrow Showcase

Individual sign up for the JPH Jr. Series. The tournament will take place Thursday April 16th- Sunday April 19th. Individual signups will be notified if they have been selected to participate in the tournament. A tryout will take place prior to the start of the tournament to select teams, to ensure a competitive environment for all players. We will have scouts from the top Jr. Hockey leagues across North America. There will be 2 divisions, the first comprised of 2008,2009 and 2010 born players, while the second will consist of 2011 and 2012 born players. Sign up is free. If accepted the tournament cost is $300 per participant.
