Rugby Camp

Ages
Learn to play - High School players are eligible to sign up. Players will be split up into separate groups during camp based on their age.
When/ Where
Friday October 16th - Sunday October 18th in Rugby, ND.
Staff
Tyler Johnson- Owner of JPH. Former professional hockey player and current scout in the WHL.
Danny Fraga- Former goalie in the NAHL and current assistant coach at Maple Grove High School (Minnesota)

Practices
4 hours of on ice: On ice will include power skating, skills work with the puck, shooting and small area games.
4 hours of off ice: Off ice will include body weight workouts, footwork drills and shooting/ stick handling.
Jersey
Participants can purchase a JPH jersey for $50 during sign up. If you do not purchase a jersey during sign up but would like to purchase one before camp, please email johnsonprohockey@gmail.com
Equipment
JPH does NOT provide any gear for players or goalies. Please ensure you have all gear needed to skate including a jersey and water bottle.
Lunch
Lunch is NOT provided by JPH on Saturday. However, we will request the concessions are open during the camp.

Group 1: On Ice- 5-6pm
Group 2: Off Ice- 5-6pm
Group 1: Off Ice- 6:15-7:15pm

Group 1: On Ice- 9-10am
Group 2: Off Ice- 9-10am
Group 1: Off Ice- 10:15-11:15am
